At Trendily Modish, we want you to love your purchases. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with returns, refunds, or exchanges under the conditions below. This policy applies to all products including French Nails, 3D Nails, Gel Nails, Solid Coffin/Almond Nails, Glitter Nails, Printed/Nail Art designs, Premium/Bridal Collections, Short Nails, Jewelry (Finger Ring Bracelets/Anja, Long Chains, Necklace Sets, Bracelets), Eyelashes (Pre-Glued and Conventional), and Kids Accessories.

1. Return Window

  • Pakistan Orders: Returns accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • International Orders: Returns accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery (subject to your country’s laws where applicable).

Requests after this period cannot be processed.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Change of Mind) To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • The item must not show signs of use, wear, or damage.
  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded (except if defective):

  • Pre-Glued Eyelashes or any used/opened eyelashes.
  • Opened or used nail products (e.g., Gel Nails, 3D Nails, Printed/Glitter Nails).
  • Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., custom bridal sets or engraved jewelry).
  • Sale/final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable.
  • Kids’ accessories that have been used or opened.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, packaging, and product.
  • We will arrange a replacement (subject to stock) or full refund (including shipping fees paid).
  • No return shipping cost to you if the fault is ours.

5. Return Process

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return address (Lahore, Pakistan).
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method (you cover return shipping unless defective/incorrect).
  4. Once received and inspected (usually 3-7 business days), we process your refund or exchange.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, card, mobile wallet).
  • Processing time: 7-14 business days after we receive and approve the return.
  • Refund amount: Product price only (shipping fees non-refundable for change-of-mind returns).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds via bank transfer or adjustment on future orders.
  • International returns: Any customs/duties paid are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

  • Subject to stock availability.
  • If exchanging for a higher-value item, pay the difference.
  • If lower-value, store credit issued for the difference.

8. Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for return shipping loss or damage—use tracked shipping.
  • Refunds/exchanges are at our discretion based on inspection.
  • For international orders, you handle any import duties/taxes on returns.
