Trendily Modish is operated from Lahore, Pakistan, and delivers nationwide and worldwide.

1. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our site and make purchases. By using the site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe rights of others or restrict their use.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Products and Orders

All products (e.g., French Nails, 3D Nails, Gel Nails, Solid Coffin Nails, Necklace Sets, Pre-Glued Eyelashes, Kids Collections) are subject to availability.

Product images, descriptions, and colors are for illustration and may vary slightly due to lighting or screen differences.

We reserve the right to modify product details, prices, or discontinue items without notice.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept or reject orders at our discretion (e.g., due to stock issues or pricing errors). Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless stated otherwise for international orders. Prices exclude shipping and any applicable customs/duties for worldwide delivery.

We accept payments via [list your methods, e.g., bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, credit/debit cards via secure gateway]. Full payment is required before processing.

We do not store full payment card details; transactions are handled by secure third-party processors.

Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders use the price at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across Pakistan (typically 2-7 business days depending on location) and worldwide (7-30 business days or as per carrier).

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.

For international orders, you are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for Pakistan orders (and as per your country’s laws for international) if the product is unused, in original packaging, with tags intact, and in the same condition as received.

Non-returnable items include personalized/custom orders, hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., pre-glued eyelashes, certain nail sets), and sale/final sale items.

Refunds (excluding shipping) are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (images, text, logos, designs) on the site is owned by Trendily Modish or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trendily Modish is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

We are not responsible for misuse of products or allergic reactions (e.g., to nail/gel materials).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, or failing that, in the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
